Launchy is a free program that can open files, applications, and web-sites with a few keystrokes. It indexes your programs in your start menu and is able to launch your documents, files, folders, and bookmarks. All you have to do is hit a few hotkeys and a box pops up, then enter the first few letters of the program you want to launch and it automatically displays the rest of the name. After your program is found, just hit enter and Launchy opens it for you. It can even display site names from your default browser's favorites.
