NoteTab Light is a freeware notepad replacement as well as a handy HTML editor. It has a very easy to navigate tabbed interface that is similar to the newer web browsers so you can manage several different projects at once. Some features it has is system-wide search and replacements, strips html tags, build libraries and text macros, avoid cut-and-paste operations, and save text clips automatically to paste board files.
