Tunatic is a free music identification application for Windows and Mac OS. It identifies songs by recording it with a microphone input and sends it to an online database to find a match. After it finds a match it returns the title of the song and the artist with a link for more information. This software works very well and beats calling in to a radio station humming the beat to the song. We use this application on our computers and finds the artist and song info 99% of the time.
