Safarp is a small light-weight alternative to the normal Windows add/remove programs feature. It displays a list of the installed programs and allows you to uninstall/repair them. some of the tools that Safarp has is a search function, export program list to a file, and option to hide the Windows hot fixes. Safarp is set to fast mode by default so it will only access information that is easily found, resulting in a quicker load time.
